How to book an app NEW OPTIONS

As February my phone service provider as modify few options that make me decide to change & allow few more options as how to book an app.
First i will no longer be reachable by phone directly unless we have a confirm Rendez-Vous.You will have to leave a message with contact number.

Here is the options of requirements to book a rendez-vous for incall.It will shortly be ad on my website;

*And reference of an establish lady and her contact info(website/email or phone) is require for Alberta(except Grand Prairie/Fort Mc Murray),Manitoba,Quebec

* Handle of the board you participate to
* cell phone (include area code)

policies regarding NoShow/last minute cancelations
Please Read my note below...it doesn't apply for everybody,i had mostly problems on the east coast but few here in midwest and west coast.
Don't take it personal as it might never apply to you but you should just be aware of that policie;
No SHOWS and LAST MINUTE CANCELATIONS

IF we agree on a date and confirm it,if you failed to call me in the morning of the app as intrusted,unless we agrees otherwise you will be considere as NO SHOW
-If you inquire in the future,i will request that you pay my no show fee of 70$
Afterward if you are want to PREBOOK a rendez-vous for my tour you will be ask to put a deposit of 10%non refundable
OR if you don't want to put a deposit; call the morning of the day preferred to see if i have avaiabilities.First call first serve

CANCELATIONS;
while i do understand that sometime things happen out of control but also knowledge that some simply
inquire a certain date to make sure of my availability just in case ...they would be interested.
-I require at least a 48hrs notice for canceling a date extending 24hrs to stay in good standing with me and keep a good reference when requested.
Cancelations within hours of the app is not tolerate.If it happen once i will reconsidere booking you in advance but might be relucant.
Second time is not acceptable.
-I will require a deposit of 10%non-refundable to prebook a date.
Or call me the morning of the theday preferred to see if i'm available,first call first serve
I strongly suggest to anyone that has variable schedule to book me the day of..if i have availabilities
